Requirements

Eagerness to learn and gain hands-on experience in HVAC systems
Basic understanding of HVAC components, including heating, cooling, and ventilation
Willingness to obtain relevant certifications and training, such as EPA or NATE
Ability to follow technical diagrams and instructions
Interest in learning about various HVAC systems, including mini splits, venting, and gas piping
Strong willingness to develop excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment

Responsibilities

Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems under supervision
Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues with guidance from experienced technicians
Support compliance with safety procedures and regulatory standards
Participate in routine maintenance tasks and system inspections
Assist in preparing accurate service reports and documentation
Communicate clearly with clients and provide updates on service progress
Manage work time effectively to adhere to scheduled tasks and appointments
