Requirements

Proven experience with HVAC system installation and repair
In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation
Certification in HVAC systems, such as EPA or NATE certification
Ability to interpret technical diagrams and manuals
Commercial experience with mini splits, venting, gas piping
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems efficiently
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues accurately
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Perform routine maintenance and system checks
Provide clear and accurate service reports
Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs
Manage time efficiently to meet scheduled appointments
