Requirements

Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex plumbing issues on large-scale industrial projects
Strong physical condition to handle and transport heavy plumbing equipment
Extensive expertise in both commercial and industrial plumbing systems
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Current PL02 license required
Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and training a team
Compliance with state laws and insurance requirements, including a clean criminal record and the ability to pass a drug screening

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the resolution of complex plumbing issues on industrial and large-scale projects
Supervise the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of industrial plumbing systems
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes, and industry regulations
Provide expert guidance and prompt solutions for emergency plumbing scenarios
Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for complex repairs, installations, and maintenance
Manage and train a team of plumbers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and efficient work practices
Maintain detailed documentation of all work performed and project progress
